Andrew Pynch: founding engineer. Personal portfolio and blog.

Founding engineer by trade: I take products from empty repo to production, usually alone. I built the first version of River before we hired a CTO, then a B2B aircraft-services marketplace and multi-provider LLM systems in production.

The rest of the time I write things with no users but me: a game engine in Odin, neuroevolution in raw C, and agents grinding ML experiments across my GPUs overnight.

Off the computer keyboard, I'm at the piano keyboard, playing Russian folk songs by ear.
